Sharing Your Story Matters

You Never Know Who Is Listening
After 1.5 years of battling from rock bottom, I finally emerged from the ashes as a new man.
A couple of months later I developed the courage to share my story on social media.
Over time, I built a small following because of my willingness to share and I’ve made so many connections along the way.
During this journey, I received a message from a guy named Nick who told me he was in the exact situation that I was in.

Exact same weight, exact same goal weight, exact same frame of mind.
The only reason he and others have reached out is because they’ve seen me and others conquer the obstacle in front of us.
They have hope because they’ve seen others do it.
This is why sharing your story matters, because you can be the catalyst for others to take action in their own lives.
Because he took the time to message me and work with me, here was the aftermath:

I can’t even imagine how his life would’ve been if I decided to keep my mouth shut.
Have the courage to speak out on what you have went through.
Not only could you become a beacon of hope, but you will provide the blueprint for others to do the same.
If you needed a sign to be vocal and tell your story, this is it.
PS: If you want similar results to Nick, don’t hesitate to reach out:
