Will You Let A Paper Cut Turn Into A Deep Wound?

This is your sign.

If you’re struggling with self-discipline and want to lose weight, say this aloud:

I am not in enough pain.

You are stuck in "limbo" which is the 2nd most dangerous place to be.

You notice that you need to change, but you are not yet motivated to take a step to experience a change.

For example, if someone gets a paper cut on their finger vs someone else gets a deep wound that sliced through their entire stomach, which person is in a more dire situation?

Of course, we all assume it’s the person who experienced the deep wound. Why? Because it's a cut that’s prominent and life-threatening.

For many people, being overweight starts off as a paper cut. It’s there but you don't pay it any mind because you don’t see it as a time sensitive or lethal situation.

But then, chronic disease always eventually appears. You will quickly realize that you now have a deep wound. Most people wait until it's a deep wound to do anything.

By then, it might be too late.

*MIGHT*...unless you do something about it.
